Computer Citi Return Policy
At Computer Citi, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return guidelines:

Return Period: 14 days from the purchase date.

Eligible Items: New and used computers (excluding prebuilt and custom-built PCs), accessories, and parts.

Non-Returnable Items: Prebuilt PCs, custom-built PCs, and all software or digital products.

Condition: Items must be in original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and in resellable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Returns:

In-person returns accepted at our Puyallup location with proof of purchase.

For mailed returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Exchanges & Store Credit: Available in-store only and subject to stock availability. No online exchanges or store credit.

Refund Processing: Allow 5–7 business days after return approval.

All products are fully tested before sale; no returns for defective or DOA claims.
